    A Four-Week Journey: Our Mindfulness with a Mission @Work program unfolds over four weeks, offering flexibility and convenience to fit your schedule.

    Weekly Live Online Sessions: Each week, participants engage in a live, one-hour online session led by our experienced mindfulness facilitators. These interactive sessions provide guidance, support, and opportunities for Q&A.

    On-Demand e-Learning Platform: All live sessions are recorded and available on our exclusive e-learning platform, along with comprehensive written instructions, mindfulness tools, and guided meditations. This allows participants to learn at their own pace, revisit key concepts, and deepen their practice.

    Flexible Participation: Choose to attend live online sessions for real-time interaction or access recordings and materials on your own schedule. Mindfulness with a Mission @Work adapts to your needs and preferences.

    Contribute to a Cause: We ask for a donation to support the non-profit of your choice.
    Your organization chooses the non-profit and each employee who wants to participate makes a 20€ donation directly to that non-profit.
    We encourage your organisation to make a matching donation demonstrating your commitment to CSR and cultivating a culture of giving back to the community.
    This collaborative approach not only amplifies the donation’s effect, but also reinforces a sense of unity and purpose while supporting a worthy cause.
