At Human Breeze, we are excited to announce our new “Mindfulness With A Mission @Work” program, designed to empower employees with valuable life skills for resilience and well-being while making a positive impact on the world.

Mindfulness With A Mission @Work is a unique 4-week mindfulness training program that supports workforce well-being and social responsibility. The program includes:

  • Weekly live online sessions led by experienced mindfulness facilitators.
  • Access to an on-demand e-learning platform with session recordings, tools, and guided meditations.
  • Flexibility to attend live or learn at your own pace.
